一、简介Brief Introduction

QW100型无级变速传动试验台可进行坐式摩托车发动机总成中的自动无级变速装置（包括变速器、皮带和自动离心式离合器）性能和耐久检验，是坐式摩托车发动机自动无级变速装置生产厂产品质量控制、出厂检验和发动机组装厂整机开发研究、产品进厂验收等工作的专用设备。

QW100 Model Stepless Transmission Test Bench mainly tests theperformance and durability of the sit type motorcycle' automatic stepless drive(include transmission, belt and automatic centrifugal clutch), which is aspecial equipment for the product quality control and leaving factory test bythe sit type motorcycle automatic stepless drive manufacturer as well as thewhole motorcycle D&R and product entering ground check upon delivery etc bywhole motorcycle assembling factory.

二、测试产品Test Production

　　该传动试验台可测试排量50～250CC或125~600CC发动机总成中的自动无级变速装置（包括变速器、皮带和自动离心式离合器），适用于发动机和离合器制造企业对离合器进行开发研究、质量控制。

The test production is the auto stepless drive (includingtransmission, belt and automatic centrifugal clutch) of the sit typemotorcycle, of which exhaust capacity is between 50CC to 250 CC or between125CC to 600CC. And it is suitable for testing the clutch quality and for theclutch D&R to the manufacturer of engine and clutch.

三、主要试验项目

1．测试传动装置不同转速下的传动比；

2．测试传动装置不同转速、不同负荷下的传动效率；

3．测试自动离心式离合器结合转速；

4．无级变速装置耐久试验；
